REFUND POLICY/RETURN POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of the product  we do not routinely accept returns , exchanges or refunds. Please be assured that your hair order will come directly from  Blessed Beauty Extensions where we  thoroughly inspect  ALL  hair and or accessories BEFORE shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality.  

Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to make sure that you have received the correct length, color and texture.  Please do this without cutting the bands around the hair or opening the bundles. 

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We inspect all products before shipment.  Please note that all items ordered are packaged under video surveillance due to fraud attempts.  We also photograph the entire as well.  This practice is due to eliminate fraud attempts and to reduce fraud orders.  

 RETURN & EXCHANGES EXCEPTION

Exchanges ( if applicable) Blessed Beauty Extensions only replaces items if they are defective or incorrect due to our end. Exchanges will only be replaced with the same item that was originally ordered ( no substitutions or exceptions) will be granted.  Upon receiving your order please inspect.  Return/exchange requests ( if your order qualifies" must be made within 72 hours ( 3)  days of receipt of your order. 

Under no circumstances will we accept USED products. We adhere to strict policies in regards to the federal law, healthy regulations and hygiene concerns. If the items have been unraveled from the bundles original state and show any presence of being worn, the return process is voided.It cannot be accepted, so please make sure your order is correct BEFORE any installations.

You will be notified via email the results of your return/return request.  If your request has been approved, you will also receive instructions along with an RMA ( Return Merchant Authorization) again with detailed instructions on how to return the hair.   The hair would need to be return in its original packaging and tagged along with a copy of the ORIGINAL invoice. 

 

 DISCLAIMER : PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING THE RETURN REQUEST

  • To return a "error on our part"  product, all tags, inserts, advertisements, hair nets, clips, cardboard packaging, plastic and etc. must be intact  ( ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • If part or any of above conditions are not met - return request will be denied and product will be sent back.
  • Not eligible for returns: Odors of any kind e.g. smoke, perfume, sprays, hair products.
  • If an item was initially shipped via Free Shipping offer and the reason for the return of that item is INDEED  our mistake, you will be reimbursed for the value of the item PLUS the cost of the shipping.
  • ERROR Return requests beyond 3 days of the order receipt date will not be granted. Items will be refused and sent back to customer.  Please inspect your products upon delivery.
  • A refund minus the shipping fee will be issued for all Unclaimed, Return To Sender, Insufficient Address packages.
  • Return shipping is your our responsibility if an return is because of a blessed beauty/manufactures defect.
  • Cases such as hair texture, color or feel are not considered manufacturer's defects.
  • In case of item defect or order error a shipping concession will be made after you contact returns department with order/item photos of defect/error.
  • Tracking is required for ALL returns to ensure the delivery to us.
  • Refunds typically take 5 - 7 business days

  • Step 1: Email your order/invoice number to returns at                         Email: Info@blessedbeautyextensions.com to request a Return Form. You may request the form within 5 days of  order delivery date.

 

  • Step 2: We will reply by sending you a Return Form which you would need to fill out and include together with items being returned. Now you can ship the item(s). Note: When shipping the item(s), please use sturdy boxes. For damaged item(s) or packaging, we charge extra restocking fee up to 75%. Returned orders without the Return Slip will be refused and sent back.

 

  •  Step 3: We will process your request and email you within 4-6 business days from the day returned items received at our office. 

Shipping and Delivery of your order:

All orders are packaged and shipped from the Blessed Beauty Fulfillment Center.  Orders are shipped out USPS priority and will have a "signature needed"  upon delivery.  If you CANNOT sign for your order, make arrangements with the carrier or your local post office.  Under NO circumstances will your order ever be left on your doorstep or in your mailbox.
