Order Processing, Shipping And Delivery Policies

Order Processing

​Orders may take up to 48 business hours (2 days) to process & verify credit card information before your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.  Please allow at-least 3 - 4 business days to receive your tracking number.  

Please allow 4-6 business days AFTER processing to receive your order.   

But rest assured, everything will be done to get your order to you .  The delays with the shipping companies is something we cant prevent during this crisis.  But rest assured your order is on the way.

Orders are not processed on the weekends (Sat/Sun) nor holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will start processing on Monday morning, unless Monday is a holiday, and therefore it will process on the next business day.

Order processing during sales/promotions/natural disasters.

Our processing times during big sales and big promotions can take up to 10 business days for orders to process. If that is the case with your order, we will send you an email letting you know processing times are taking longer.

Processing times for CUSTOMIZED wigs can take up to 15 business days.  If you order a standard wig ( without customization's, the normal order time listed above applies to uncustomized wigs). 

If you request a customized wig, it will take up to 15 business days before your wig ships as a customized wig is made to order to your specifications.  Blessed Beauty stands by the quality of the hair and wigs we sell. 

Out of Stock/Backorder Items

In case of Out-of-Stock situation, the order will be kept for back order (up to 30 calendar days) and customer will be notified via email. Customer may always choose to cancel and get refund for part or whole order that is not shipped on time. If an item is discontinued by the manufacturer or will be out of stock for more than 30 days, the rest of order (if any) will be shipped and customer will be refunded for the unshipped item. Customer will be notified about refund via email.

Sale Items

Promotional discount codes do not apply for items on sale. 

Order Canceling/Modification

An order cannot be cancelled/modified/changed provided the order has  already been placed. If customer no longer needs the product, she/he can refuse the package on its delivery by mail carrier. Customer will be refunded for ordered items only. Orders cannot be cancelled via email.


Upon shipping, you will be notified by e-mail with tracking information.  In an effort to prevent fraud, we do not currently offer overnight shipping nor do we ship to P.O boxes.  If you place an order and use a P.O. Box your order will be cancelled.

Orders will ALWAYS be shipped out with the signature needed option, meaning you will have to sign for your package.  The mailman will not leave it at your door, YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN FOR IT.  Blessed Beauty Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will be sure to provide you with a tracking number.  It is your responsibility to track your item and make sure you are home to sign for it or you are able to retrieve it from your local post office.   If you experience delivery issues after your package has been sent out and is in the hands of your post office.. please contact your local post office. 

Please note. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted.  Therefore, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted.  This includes changes to the product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Payment Terms:

​Our payment terms are always 100% upfront.  We accept most major credit cards.  As soon as you place an order online, your card will be charged.  Credit card fraud and theft of our products will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. 

​We ONLY ship to PayPal/Shopify pay confirmed addresses. If your address is "unconfirmed", we will contact you via email to request a written statement confirming your payment information, a valid copy of your picture ID, shipping address, and that you authorize this purchase. This is to avoid credit card fraud, to ultimately protect our customers and our business.  YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH IN ORDER TO COMPLETE A TRANSACTION ON THIS SITE. 


A signature is required for all of our order deliveries.  If no one is available to sign for your package(s), your package(s) will be returned to your local post office. You must provide valid proof of ID to obtain your package. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.

We are not responsible for late deliveries due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays; therefore, we will not offer reimbursement of shipping fees. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust the USPS to deliver your package on time and in its original shipped condition. Please contact USPS if your package arrives damaged.
