Order Processing & Shipping

All Blessed Beauty Extension Orders over $65 will require a signature for delivery. Even if you have an electronic signature on file ( which will allow your post man to leave your order without a physical signature)  Our shipment team overrides that option.  Your order will require a physical signature and therefore, will NEVER be left on your doorstep.  

PROCESSING TIME 

Processing normally takes 1-2 BUSINESS days to complete.  

SHIPPING TIME

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.  Please allow at-least 3-4 business days after you have place your order to receive your tracking number.  

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

  • (United States) 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail

  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

  • This time does not include the processing period

  • Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

     

REFUNDS/RETURNS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

  • Please be assured that your hair order will come directly from  Blessed Beauty Extensions where we  thoroughly inspect  ALL  hair and or accessories BEFORE shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality.  
  • Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to make sure that you have received the correct length, color and texture.  Please do this without cutting the bands around the hair or opening the bundles. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • (International) 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail Shipping

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

  • All Packages come with a Tracking number.

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office.
